a.k.a Crazy Little Thing Called Love. Ok this is a movie review. It's not that I'm in love or something. Just wanna share with you an interesting movie i watched recently.
I knew about this movie early this year; when I'm going to Jakarta and have to wait for Seri for 2++ HOURS...(Long story, read this post) i watched the TV at the Soekarno-Hatta airport. Even though there was nothing interesting to watch (full with advert T____T) and worse thing is my Blackberry and my Ipod was about to died on me T_____________T; I watched the advert like it is the most interesting thing to watch to kill the time.....literally. But there's a movie trailer that grab my attention, and i was so semangat jot down the title in my BB.
Borrowing the quote of Laurie from Cougar Town; "the phone is like the half of my brain" *Laugh*. Yup its true because I put everything; i mean EVERYTHING in my phone. Unfortunately, i format my Blackberry because of the sync issue and all my notes are gone and I'm literally insomniac. Long story short; suddenly i remember what to download, it just pop out of my head and zasss!! copy to my external hardisk and watch the movie at home (yes I downloaded all my movie at my office sebab ada Unifi - laju gila less than 30 minit download movie!!!).
The thing i like about the movie because eventhough the plot was typical and predictable, i did not fast forward the movie. I tend to fast forward when i watch a movie. Too much talking; fast forward, too much lovey dovey thing; fast forward, love scene; slow-mo. hehehe kidding...NOT :D long story short; the story is interesting with element of love, comedy, and sad was blend perfectly (gila over) so I do not fast forward. Hello Thailand movie kot. Dia punya horror movie superb, all out ( LongKhong, 4bia, etc.) plus the acting was more...how i said this; Human? It gives you like Allahyarham Yasmin Ahmad kinda vibe. With the tagline "Based on the true story of everyone", didn't you curious how is the movie? OK LA THE REAL REASON WAS BECAUSE THE HEROIN WAS CUTE :D
Haruslah bukan ni heroin dia walaupun ada dalam poster. Tp kiut apa....... :D
Ok the movie was about a girl named Nam, have a crush on her senior; Shone. At first it is kinda 1 sided love, because Nam was in the "Bug-faced" group. Why they were called bug face?

But i think Nam doesn't look that bad (she's the heroin duuuhhh) and i was curious why Nam turn out that way because her mum was like beautiful

Her "bug-faced" friend help her to catch the heart of the boy that she love and even encourage Nam; the dark-skinned girl and try to make her more beautiful. They even had a mini spa session....
They even apply tumeric all over her face and body
I heard about this to make your skin fairer?
But the result.......

but i think all that effort work out because after that Nam did become fairer.....
Ok this is not the best shot of her face but still nice kan?
After an event occurred, Nam become the popular girl in the school; well known because of her beauty (puberty; duhhh)

On Valentine's Day
When Nam become prettier; did she have the courage to confess her love to Shone? or did Shone finally realize Nam's beauty and fell in love with her? These question will be answered when you watch this movie. Trust me it is interesting! Ok lah sebenarnya dah malas nak cerita, if you want to watch this movie, kat youtube ada kot. Or if you like to watch in HQ, you can take it from me!
